Alloy Steel pipes

Alloy steel tubes is a kind of  steel alloyed tube with other elements in amounts of between 1 and 50% by weight to improve its mechanical properties.Alloying elements are added to achieve certain properties in the material. As a guideline, alloying elements are added in lower percentages (less than 5%) to increase strength or harden ability or in larger percentages (over 5%) to achieve special properties, such as corrosion resistance or extreme temperature stability.

Features

 

Most commonly used , low alloy heat resistant with strong characteristic. Commonly use d as heating surface pipes   in fire/nuclear /petrochemicals industry

Good performance in antioxidant, , inoxidability, structure stablity as well as perfect processing property

Its Chrome Content is increased and with better performance in antioxidant, inoxidability than T5, but  with weaker heat resistance and welding performance

High anti –oxidantant and anti high temperature corrosion. Stable Toughness / durable plastic / thermal force; T 610 ,its admissable stress is higher than the austenitic steel, T 550 Recommended allowable stress of steel is twice as high as that of T9 twice.

 

In addition to high anti-oxidation, good corrosion resistance, high

 

impact toughness and stable / durable plastic / heat intensity, smelting deformation of micro-alloying to obtain high-density

 

dislocation / highly refined grains, welding performance improved

 

significantly.

The increase of W element is significantly improved resistance to high temperature oxidation and to hot corrosion compared with T91. Mo's appropriate decrease improve the stability and availability of welded steel / welded joint. B is the strong element temperature which highly improve the resistance to elevated temperature creep. Its resistance to  lasting / creep / corrosion resistance is better than T91
