In 2002,Hengyang Valin Steelas one of the project R&D teams, proposed and developed a new generation of electric arc furnace smelting technology for the first time, "electric arc furnace steelmaking composite blowing technology", with the goal of high efficiency, low consumption, energy saving and high-quality production of electric arc furnace steelmaking. With new technologies such as clustered oxygen supply, synchronous long-life bottom blowing stirring, and efficient waste heat recovery as the core, the technical integration of intelligent blowing of electric arc furnace steelmaking has been realized.
